Janet & Leonel ~ Beautiful Fall Wedding!

What a beautiful Fall wedding! The venue was amazing, the décor was beautiful and the couple just awesome! When we met Janet for the first time it was an instant connection. Her open and friendly personality is heart warming. Leonel is also a super nice guy but as a business owner he is always on the go…. Janet is a school teacher and while she is a busy body at work when she is home she the loving wife and mommy. Janet has an adorable 2 year old son from a previous relationship. While their personalities are different it is beautiful to see how well they have blended as a family and built a happy home together.

Deering estate set for such a gorgeous back drop! Curly willow with burnt orange, yellow and red floral tones looked so amazing against the brown linens. The jewel toned crystals on the tables glowed from the light of the votives and the amber up lighting through out the exterior of the stone house looked stunning!

Martha & Feroz ~ Dreams do come true!

Martha & Feroz are an amazing and loving couple! Now I don’t just say this because she happens to be my mother and him my new Step father but because they are a blessing to so many people. They met by chance 8 years ago and have been inseparable since. Both came from their share of accomplishments as well as disappointments and heartbreaks. With what they learned in their lives they have been able to come together building on their experiences to enjoy a relationship built on mutual support, lots of love and immense respect for each other and those they cherish most.

For the wedding I really wanted something to capture my mom’s elegant, classic but yet modern taste. We chose Teal silk dupioni linens, gold beaded crystal chargers and gold chivari chairs to contrast the all white orchids. The room was draped in a sheer white fabric and teal up lighting was used as a finishing touch.

My favorite part of the wedding had to be seeing my mom so happy. She deserves all the happiness in the world! I thank God for sending her such a wonderful husband and us such a wonderful step father.

We’ve gone mad! One crazy-lucky bride will receive a FREE cinematic wedding film collection valued at $3500 in the next 3 weeks! No strings or catches here…we are changing the “contents” and “style” of our some of our film collections, and we are giving away a free wedding to one bride who we think gives us the best reason to shoot their wedding!

How to enter? Who’s eligible? If you are getting married between October 15th, 2009 -February 28th, 2010, then you are eligible. Not every date is available since we have many dates already booked, but there is no harm in entering the contest, and if your date is still available—you will be in the running! We are looking for super cool weddings and super cool couples…anyone who believes their wedding will rock!

Entering is simple. Email us your name (bride and groom’s name), your wedding date, your wedding location, your phone number and email address, and most importantly a fun picture of you both together and the best reason you can come up with why you want us to film your wedding! Your picture and reason will be posted on our blog. Ask your friends and family to root you on by leaving comments and telling us why we should choose your wedding! We’ll be reviewing your reasons and everyone’s comments to help us make our decision on who wins!

Your entry email should briefly state (1-3 sentences max) your top reason why we should choose you and your wedding, but your friends can comment more reasons on the blog post to help you out more. These reasons could include anything; tell us why your wedding is going to rock, tell us the story behind your relationship, tell us anything you think will catch our attention!

The contest will start this weekend Saturday, September 5th and run through Sunday, September 26th. Winners will be announced on October 1st on our blog.

Erica & Shaun ~ Schnebly Winery Wedding

Unlike most other inquiries this was different. The Brides father, Robert contacted us about our services. Immediately, I knew what a nice family this would be. A father who is so involved in helping his daughter have a wonderful wedding day, priceless! Erica & Shaun were both studying out of state so the family really had to help bring this wedding together. Shchelby is a very beautiful & different venue in Homestead. My favorite part had to be the speeches, they were quite funny and from the heart!Erica, Shaun, Bob & Boberman family...thanks so much for letting me be part of such a special day for all of you!
