Cristina & Andy’s Beachy Beatles Wedding

“They” say its good luck for it to rain on your wedding day; it’s a sign of abundance and a long happy marriage. For this super cute and sweet couple we do believe what “they” say because without a doubt these two are destined to have an abundance of love and a very happy marriage.  This couple came to us from Orlando looking for help on their destination wedding.  We love working with couples who have a set vision in mind, makes putting all the pieces of their dream wedding together a lot easier. This was the case with our well organized bride and very supportive hubby to be.

Both Cristina and Andy are huge fans of the Beatles so it was a must for them to incorporate them into their wedding theme, which  we did! They blended their love for the Beatles, the beach and their beloved doggy, Oliver. They had Oliver as the ring bearer and selected a few Beatles songs as part of their ceremony.  For their ceremony they used beach décor to complement the water view but also to symbolize something that was very special to the bride and her family. The aisle was covered in a long bamboo runner and adorned with cream lanterns and white star fish, it was the perfect beach touch to the outdoor ceremony. The décor for the reception was a perfect mix of natural elements and the right amount of bling to mix things up. There were fresh willow branches adorned with teal orchids and hanging crystals which sat nicely on bamboo chargers and  matched so well with their gold chivari chairs. The teal favor boxes gave the tables a nice splash of color and complimented the up-lights perfectly.

After all the months spent planning, this couple really enjoyed themselves and really enjoyed the company of their family. The dancing and the smiling never stopped for this bride and groom, they never left the dance floor and it made for a real fun party. When so much goes into one day, you really have to make the best of it, like the Mr. & Mrs. did!!

It’s always a pleasure to work with our awesome brides and grooms, you two are no exception. Wishing you both all the very best and may your home always be filled with lots of love, hugs, laughs and kisses.

Grace & Nicholas' Thalatta Estate Wedding

With all the details that went into this ceremony and reception, planning this wedding wasn’t a walk in the park but it sure was full of excitement and fun till the very last day. We won’t have to go into detail about how much of a blast they had as you it is reflected in every picture taken on their special day. We are used to family members occasionally helping a bride and groom with all the details, but this wedding was a little different.  EVERYONE in the family was involved but only showed how very much they were loved!

The bride and groom picked the lovely Thalatta Estate to host both their outdoor reception and water side ceremony. They had enormous luck, as earlier in the day it was raining in many parts of Miami but not a single drop made it to their party.  The décor was simple and elegant like our bride.  A few sea décor detail, and the very classic color combination of white and silver. Her lush white center pieces of hydrangeas and roses looked beautiful over the grey pin-tuck linens. Each table setting had a silver charger to match the silver chivari chairs. As favors, the bride and groom gave their guests a delicate wooden hand fan which was placed for each guest, adding to the already beautiful set up. They had a violinist and amazing singer perform during the ceremony, which then continued to serenade guests during the cocktail hour. Guest also got to enjoy freshly rolled cigars, which were a gift to the couple from a dear friend. It was the perfect afternoon wedding that led to a full night of partying.

The first dance and toast didn’t leave a dry eye in the room!  Once the tears were wiped and hugs were exchanged it was time to party. Guest danced all night and warmed up for the hora loca which was a surprise not only to the bride and groom but a big hit for all the guests,  including the mother of the bride and groom.

Hoping this dynamic duo is still having a blast in everything they do and loving each other to the moon and back. It was a memorable wedding for us and hope it was an unforgettable day for both of you as well.  It was such a blast to get to know you and your families and pray that you guys stay as strong and united always as it’s truly inspirational the love that surrounds you both!
