Ana & David ~ Silver & Purple Modern Soiree!

Just as the last few posts this one is also way overdue. Unfortunately, we had not received pictures from the photographer until just about 1 month ago but very thankful and excited to have received.  All weddings we do are special but this one has a very special place in our hearts because it is of one of our planners family.

Anna and David are so made for each other!  Anna totally get’s David’s sense of humor and playful style. David brings out the best in Anna as well, making her laugh and always putting a smile on her face. They both come from big families so their wedding had to be big and fun. They really put their personalities into every detail and turned out to be such a fun and wonderful wedding.

Their décor consisted of an array of purple hues, from deep to lavender and everything in between. The bridesmaids looked so gorgeous and modern in their organza gowns of different shades.  The reception was slick and modern with silver linens, chivari chairs and charger plates. The lavender napkins offered a muted touch with the centerpieces of different purple and ruby shades taking center stage.  Purple up lighting offered the finishing touch for their gorgeous wedding.

We have quite a few favorite moments to share from their wedding.  One of them has to be her brothers and father walking her to the alter. She has older brothers whom love her very much and have such a strong presence in her life, so they decided each would take a turn and walk her some ways down the aisle with her father taking the last prideful steps to her new husband. Our second was her fiancé serenading her at church during their ceremony. It was just him, his guitar and his love for his new bride. Brought tears to our eyes!! Our third favorite had to be the groom and groomsmen dance. They choreographed a awesome dance to Thriller from Michael Jackson (of which the groom is a big fan!)  Just an amazing wedding filled with so much love and happiness.

Gina & Jeff ~ Ancient Spanish Monastery Wedding

Gina and Jeff were an absolute joy to work with; they were so much fun during all the planning we couldn't wait till their big day. They were so easy going and their main priority was to make sure the party was fun. They decided on The Ancient Spanish Monastery after a visit they had when they both fell in love with the space. They wanted the look for their wedding day to be romantic and in an outdoor setting and that’s exactly what they got. The ceremony took place in the old chapel inside of the Monastery which is so charming and perfect for the amount of guests they were expecting. After the ceremony the cocktail hour took place in the ancient halls of the Monastery where guests took pictures and enjoyed cocktails while   hors d’oeuvres were being passed.

The tables for the reception were dressed in beautiful silver linens with matching silver chivary chairs. The accent color for the evening was a nice burnt red which was found on the cushions, napkins and stunning center pieces. The center pieces were tall and full of color, everyone loved them! Red up-lighting made the space look extra romantic and very inviting.

During the reception the bride and groom had a photo booth for their guests to have some fun with and they all sure did! Once the party started it was hard to get people back in their seats to enjoy a slice of cake or even a drink of water. This family was here to dance and they weren’t stopping for anything or anyone. Some rain tried to slow down the party but even that couldn’t stop them. The bride and groom were the first to get on the dance floor and the last ones to leave it. That’s how we like to see our couples enjoy their day

It was so beautiful to see how much Gina and Jeff love each other it was all love from start to finish of this whole planning process. It makes us so happy to be part of a beautiful union like the one they made.

We want to wish them all the joy, love and happiness in the world for many years to come!
