Danielle & Frank's Vintage Wedding

This young and gorgeous couple had a very unique yet timeless style. It was captured so well in the theme of their wedding. They picked Miami Beach Botanical Gardens as the venue,  to have their intimate ceremony and wedding reception. The colors were black and white with splashes of vibrant pinks! It was the perfect combination of vintage and modern flair.

It all started with a cozy outdoor ceremony under the stars and a perfect Miami winter breeze. These two had waited long quite some time to become husband and wife, so to say they were ready and excited for their big day is an understatement.  The lovely couple exchanged vows in front of their closest friends and family. Just as the bride and groom, the anticipation for this day was so great that there wasn't a dry eye in sight.

The Banyan room, where the reception took place was decorated to perfection and represented the couple perfectly. Amber up lights offered the perfect romantic glow!  The simple white linens offered a clean palette to show case the vibrant floral centerpieces. The sweet heart and cake table were dressed in black and white damask linens, which matched the design of their invitations, table numbers and  escort cards.

Just like your timeless style, we wish you both a timeless love with an abundance of happiness!  Thank you so much for letting us take part of your special night and trusting our team with your amazing day!

From the bride: I was too overwhelmed with the details of planning a wedding to do it on my own. Working with Events on a Budget was the best decision I made. I chose the wedding in a box package and it was so easy! We had access to experienced, professional vendors that made our wedding come together flawlessly. Everything was beautiful and it was so great, knowing nothing about weddings, to have a pro to get answers from. Them attending the vendor meetings with us able to offer us advise on what was going to look nice, or what not to splurge on. We are both so happy with the service we received and for such an amazing price. My husband keeps telling everyone that our wedding was the best day of his life, making me a very happy wife :)

Leslie & Michael ~ Elegant Wedding!

We love to post as much as we can on our blog, not only for new brides & grooms to see our work but also to share the amazing moments we get to be a part of.  Today in the mail we received pictures for Leslie and Michael's wedding from their photographer, which just so happens to be their 1 year anniversary!

We are excited to share this wedding with you not just because of how beautiful everything turned out but because they are such a wonderful and loving couple.  Their wedding ceremony was held at St. Peter and Paul and their reception at the Shane Center in Miami Beach.  Thinking back about the planning, the thing that most stands out is how picky she was about the damask pattern. She drove everyone crazy and we must have looked at dozens of them, until she found the perfect one.  When she found the perfect one, we all breathed a sigh of relief. LOL  Her décor was elegant and classy.  She opted for most of the tables to have black linens and just a few with the damask pattern. All guest tables were adorned with the timeless beauty of red roses in three different shades.  Black Chivari chairs and red up lighting offered the final touch for this bold and fun wedding.

Our favorite part of the night was the hora loca. The drummers, dancers and stilt walkers were awesome!  There was not one person in their seats as everyone was on the dance floor having an awesome time.

Leslie & Michael: Today is your 1 year anniversary and am so happy that we are able to reflect on your wedding on this special occasion! Thank you for giving us the amazing pleasure of helping you plan this amazing day but most importantly getting to know you both and how very special you are. Wishing you many more years of love, happiness and health. God Bless you!!  Love you guys!!

From the Bride: “They are bride-to-be’s sanity during what is probably the craziest and most stressful time of your life. From the beginning to even after the wedding, they have been the most professional, resourceful, knowledgeable and easy going people I have every worked with. They took care of pretty much every detail of my wedding and truly brough to life the image I had for my wedding day. I cannot stress enough their level of professionalism and ability to answer every question you have. I never felt in the year that we worked together that I asked a question that they didn’t have the answer for. There were no I don’t know or maybe’s. They always had the answer. They are awesome and I had a great time working with them. My Husband was happy and excited to see them at another wedding that they coordinated a few weeks after our own…. That’s how awesome they are! “

Dan & Chiara

This was a special wedding for me! Special, because Chiara is a friend of mine. She is such a caring & giving person. She is always on the go but always finds time to help others, including volunteering her time to help the less fortunate. Dan and her love to run marathons and that's how they first met and fell in love.

Their ceremony and reception was at Red Fish Grill at Matheson Hammock Park. Chiara wanted to make her wedding heart felt and very personal. Her save the dates were all personalized with a note as to how your presence would make them happy at their wedding. People came from as far as England to join in such a special day!

On my way to the Red Fish, it was pouring! The skies didn't look as they were going to let up either. Her ceremony was to be outside and with that rain; there was no way it was going happen. We had to make a lot of last minute decisions. Fortunately, everything came together with a few improvisations to the plan. I made some emergency calls and was able to get a tent by the time cocktail hour was finished! Wow, that was stressful :0)

My favorite part of the night was Chiara's speech to all her guests. It was beautiful and very touching. I was holding tissues just in case her or her family me members started crying but at the end, it was I who needed them most!

2nd Favorite: Marble Slab Ice Cream...mmm!

Chiara and Dan, I am soo happy to have been part of the planning process and your wedding day! I wish you both an amazing life together an may God continue to bless you always!
